UPCOMING WESTSIDE EVENTS

Wednesday Evening, December 15th @ 6:30 PM:

We will go-a-caroling and then return to the church to eat. No regular service tonight. Now is the time to bring your best chili. We will need crackers, deserts, and various other items that can be picked on the way to Church! Sign up sheet on the table in the lobby.

Youth Christmas Party - Sunday Evening, December 19th @ 6:00 PM.

Westside Christian Church Discover Classes

We encourage all new members, anyone considering membership and that would like to learn more about Westside Christian Church to attend. Please visit out Westside Discover page for more information.

Volunteers are needed for the Nursery on Sunday Mornings, Evenings, and Wednesday Nights

We are in need of volunteers for the Nursery on Sunday mornings, evenings and Wednesday evenings. Please see Kathy Cottle if you have any questions. There is signup sheet in the Lobby at the church.

We have a Nursery available for newborn and young children.

Volunteers are needed for our Westside Cookie Ministry

We bake and deliver cookies or brownies to all of first time visitors. If 12 or 16 people volunteer that would mean each person would have to do this one Sunday every 3 or 4 months. SWEET!!! We will provide all the packaging material, bags, ribbons, and cards to place in the bag. Please see Brenda Hays or call her at (904) 695-9126 during the week if you have any questions. Your help in this Ministry is greatly appreciated.

A LIFE Group is a small gathering of people who meet regularly to encourage and support each other other in their Spiritual Journey.

Sunday Evenings

All Adult and Children’s Classes will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday Evenings at the Church.

LIFE Groups begin Sunday, September 13, 2009.

Wednesday Evenings

All Adult and Children’s Classes will begin at 7:00 PM on Wednesday Evenings.

Kidz for the Kingdom will meet immediately following the Weekly Family Reunion Meal on Wednesday Evenings.

Our Youth Classes from 6th through 12th grade meet immediately following the Weekly Family Reunion Meal on Wednesday Evenings.

Thursday Evening Prayer Group Meetings

There will now be two prayer group meetings on Thursday nights.

The first group will meet at the church at 5:30 PM.

The second group will at Ed and Sue Browning’s house at 7:00 PM.
