Tim Ratcliff is our Pastor at the Westside Christian Church. He has over 20 years of ministry experience in serving the Lord. Tim preaches through a light hearted and simple approach in his sermons. He mixes his life experiences and a gift of everyday humor that members can relate to in their daily lives. As the spiritual leader of our congregation, he provides the guidance for all us to follow the principles that God’s only son Jesus Christ sacrificed for our gift of eternal salvation.

WCC Core Beliefs
Our core beliefs affect everything we do at WCC. We acknowledge the Bible as our authority and the following statements should help you understand the nonnegotiable biblical ideas that fundamentally define who we are.
WCC Core Values
Our core values serve as a directional compass to keep us on course.
We are committed to Growth Numerical growth is important because God loves each individual person. (2 Peter 3:9) God expects his people to grow into spiritual maturity. (Ephesians 4:13-15)
We are committed to the Word of God The Bible is God’s inspired Word and it is absolute truth for all times, cultures, and nations. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We are committed to operating as a community of servants God expects Christians to follow the example of Jesus Christ who became a servant/leader to His people. We accomplish this by using our gifts, talents, and abilities to further the Kingdom of God (the Church). (Ephesians 4:12, Romans 12: 6)
We are committed to being a Christ-centered fellowship Our individual, lives, families, and church should be structured in such a way to exalt the name of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 1:22, Mark 12:10)
We are committed to people God is a loving Father who cares deeply for each person. (John 3:16)
We are committed to excellence In everything we do, we give God only our best. (Romans 3:32, Colossians 3:23)
We are committed to Biblical community Our fellowship is committed to gathering together for corporate worship, and opening our homes to one another. (Acts 2:42-46)
We are committed to purpose The primary purpose of our fellowship is to make disciples. We will accomplish this through boldly sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in word, and deed. (Matthew 28: 19-20)
We are committed to innovation and creativity While the message is timeless our methods adapt to those we are here to serve. (Mark 2:22, Genesis 1:1-2:25)
We are committed to love, unity, and forgiveness Our fellowship is an extended family where all individuals will discover a warm, safe, place to belong. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13, John 17:1, Mark 11:25)
Once again, we are reminded in God’s word, “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory...” (Ephesians 3:20). AMEN In Christian Love, Tim Ratcliff
